Transdev Services is the largest private operator and integrator of multiple modes of transportation in the United States. They help clients operate safe, efficient, and innovative transportation. Transdev operates East Bay Paratransit and San Francisco Paratransit. 

 

The East Bay Paratransit and San Francisco Paratransit projects, operated by Transdev Services needed and IT team to design and build out their networks and infrastructure, manage their IT needs, manage vendor relationships, manage IT assets, manage telecommunications/VoIP, and provide 24/7 technical support.

 

CIS provided the IT design and engineering, implementation, and operations teams necessary to support these two projects for over a 20-year period. With CIS as their IT managed services partner, East Bay Paratransit and San Francisco Paratransit have consistently won the contract to provide their transportation services to Bay Area Rapid Transit (Bart), Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit), and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA/Muni).

 

As a CIS client, San Francisco Paratransit – operated by Transdev Services – never lost data, never lost a server, enjoyed 24/7 technical support response, and grew its operation by millions in revenue.
